Here's how it works: you place an order during the pre-order phase, we gather all the pre-orders, ask our italian factory to start producing them and we send it to you as soon as it's ready.
By placing a pre-order, you are guaranteed to receive your bikini before anyone else and avoid missing out.
Payment
Full payment is due at checkout to secure your size and style of a pre-order item.
Shipping & Returns
The approximate shipping time is indicated in the product description above. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, to let you know it's on the way!
Sure! You can email us at contact@livinswimwear.com and we can update your address if the order hasn’t shipped and your new address is in the same country as the original address.
If you place an order that includes both pre-order items and items that are currently in stock, the order will be shipped in its entirety when all items are ready.
Of course! If you'd like to return or exchange pre-order items, just send us an email within 14 days from the day of delivery.
