Shipping & Return Policy
Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day, those placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day. Please allow a little extra time during the launch of new collections. If you’ve ordered on a Friday, your order will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.
For the delivery, we strongly recommend to indicate your phone number when ordering.
Delivery Time & Cost
Delivery within mainland France is free for orders over 129€ and takes 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping to french overseas departments and territories starts at 10€ and takes 3 to 4 business days with DHL and 5 - 7 business days with Colissimo .
Delivery to Switzerland starts at 9€ and takes 1 to 2 business days with DHL Express and 3 to 4 business days with Colissimo.
Delivery starts at 9€ and takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. The exact timeframe and price will be displayed at checkout.
Express delivery with UPS takes 2 to 3 business days and costs €20.
International shipping starts at 15€ and takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. The exact timeframe and price will be provided at checkout.
Customs & Duties
There are no additional VAT or import duties for countries within the EU.
Orders shipped to the United States are duty-free if your total order value is under $800 per day. This means you won’t have to pay any additional customs fees or import taxes for purchases below this threshold.
For orders exceeding $800, import duties may apply, and you may be required to pay them upon delivery, depending on U.S. customs regulations.
Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these charges may be necessary to release your order.
Also note that if you refuse to pay the customs duties and taxes and the parcel is returned to us, the shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
Returns
We want you to absolutely love your bikinis purchased from LIVIN' Swimwear.
We know online shopping can be tricky so we’re offering exchanges and refunds.
If you'd like to return items, please send us an email within 14 days from the day of delivery. Don't forget to indicate your order number and the email address associated with the order. We'll explain you how to proceed.
We request the swimsuit to be returned in its original packaging and condition with its hygienic label, bar code bags and pouch. Unfortunately, if the swimsuit is washed, worn, damaged, with deodorant, perfume, make-up stains or without the sanitary protection label, we will not be able to take it back.
Please note that return shipping costs, custom & duties are the responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
When you return is accepted, you'll be able to get a refund or another bikini. If you want any help on sizing or styling, just get in touch. We’re happy to help!
If an item is out of stock, please sign up in the product page for the Product’s “back in stock” email notifications to stay informed on when it will be back!
Please note that if a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'Track my order' feature located in the confirmation email.
We are not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been marked as delivered.
