THE BRAND

Our bikinis are designed in the South of France. Our first collections were made in a lovely atelier in Bali specialized in sustainable production. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we now produce in Italy, near our fabric supplier.

YOUR ORDER

Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply contact us.

Yes! You can cancel your order and we will issue you with a credit note. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or orders placed my mistake, even if your order hasn’t been dispatched.

Yes, if you email us prior to your order being dispatched we can make amendments providing the stock you want is available.

We can provide you with a credit note to order the item at a later date when it is next available for sale.

We know the feeling of being obsessed with something and not being able to get it yet! Our collection are very limited in quantities making our swimwear unique and exclusive. As a small ethical brand, we also avoid overstocking and overproducing.

Our best advice is to sign up to our email newsletter to stay up to date with all our upcoming restocks and new collection launches. You can do that on the bottom of our website.

You can also sign up to our product notifications to be emailed as soon as a particular item is restocked - you’ll find where to do this on the product itself.

SHIPPING

We're so excited for you to receive your new bikini.

Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day, those placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day. Please allow a little extra time during the launch of new collections.

If you’ve ordered on a Friday, your order will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.

FRANCE 🇫🇷

If you're in France, your order will be shipped with Colissimo or DHL and take between 2 - 3 business days to arrive. Shipping to french overseas departments and territories can take up to 10 - 15 business days with Colissimo and 3 - 5 business days with DHL.

EUROPE 🇪🇺

If you're in Europe, your order will be shipped with Colissimo or DHL and take between 2 - 10 business days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL 🌍

If you're outside Europe, your order will be shipped with DHL Express and take between 3 - 10 business days to arrive.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

When you order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. On this email you can find your tracking number.

No worries, the size of our package is supposed to be small enough to fit in your mailbox.

  • Orders shipped with Colissimo don't require a signature upon delivery.
  • Orders shipped with DHL require a signature upon delivery but are more flexible. The delivery date can be delayed on DHL website if you're not home.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'Track my order' feature located in the confirmation email. 

Oh no, that's terrible news...

Unfortunately, from time to time, deliveries can go missing.

We are not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been marked as delivered. We recommend getting in touch with the courier to open an investigation.

We deliver internationally.

VAT & import duty charges may apply to countries not within the EU. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these charges may be necessary to release your order.  

Your store credit doesn't expire so you can be sure that if there isn’t something you want to use it on right now, there certainly will be soon! Your store credit can be used storewide, online only. Happy shopping!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you'd like to return items, please send us an email within 14 days from the day of delivery. Don't forget to indicate your order number and the email address associated with the order. We'll explain you how to proceed.

We request the swimsuit to be returned in its original packaging and condition with its hygienic label, bar code bags and pouch. Unfortunately, if the swimsuit is stained, deteriorated or without the original packaging, we will not be able to take it back.

As per our Returns Policy, we offer the option for exchanges or refunds. If you want any help for choosing another style or size, just get in touch. We’re happy to help!

If an item is out of stock, please sign up for the Product’s “back in stock” email notifications to stay informed on when it will be back! You’ll find this on the product itself on our website.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping.

PAYMENT

Our website is 100% secure.

We protect your data with an HTTPS server with an SSL certificate (green padlock on the left of the URL). The transfer of your data and your connection information is secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malicious software.

Finally, we use Paypal and Stripe for payment, which are the references in terms of security of transactions on the Internet, so you can shop on our shop without any worries.

If you do email us, be sure to include your measurements for your bust, waist and hips along with the styles you are interested in so we can assist you properly.

No padding or cups are needed in our swimwear as all our designs are made with double-lined Italian Lycra. If you still wish to use padding, you can insert your own by making a small incision on the inside fabric.

Absolutely not! There’s a radical purification and regeneration process so the nylon fabric come out as qualitative as virgin nylon and even more resistant. These are the same materials Louis Vuitton, Gucci or Prada are using. It’s the best quality available on the market and made in Italy.

CARE

To ensure long lasting quality we recommend:

  • Rince your swimwear in fresh cold water as soon as possible after wearing.
  • Lay flat to dry in shade.
  • Not machine wash, iron or bleach. Only hand wash cold with very mild soap.
  • Sun cream, tanning cream, or chlorine can damage and discolour swimwear, so use caution to limit exposure of these products. Be cautious of rough surfaces as this can cause pulling and snagging.
